An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join the Adult Bladder and Bowel Service based in the Central Area of West Sussex in the role of Team Lead. The successful candidate will have an interest in bladder and bowel dysfunction and working in various care settings including clinics, patients' own homes, and residential homes.

Our Adult Bladder and Bowel Service is dynamic and forward thinking, anticipating the needs of its patients and striving to provide excellent care in the community. We are highly active in engaging with community staff to improve services within West Sussex.

The Team Lead provides operational day-to-day management and leadership of the team, ensuring service outcomes and performance indicators are met. They will be responsible for staff management, clinical governance, driving innovative change, and ensuring a high quality service is delivered to our patients. In addition there is a clinical requirement and the post-holder will undertake holistic bladder and bowel assessments, participating in treatment planning and the evaluation of individual continence needs. They will also assist in training and supporting nurses in education programmes for all healthcare professionals, carers, and patients.

Candidates will need to be experienced registered nurses with relevant postgraduate qualifications and a management qualification/experience
