You will have a medicines management accreditation and experience working directly with patients and a range of healthcare professionals. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven team working abilities, be resourceful, able to manage your time effectively and prioritise your own workload.

The full time hours are 37.5 hours per week (generally 'office' hours).
