You will learn the following skills:

  • Regulations and legislation
  • Dealing with customer conflict and challenges.

You will also carry out the following duties:

  • Use of the telephone
  • Manage diary systems
  • Book meetings
  • Produce, file, retrieve and archive business documents
  • Use and maintain office equipment
  • Maintain the company's social media profile
  • Handle customer calls and emails
  • Handle calls and emails from suppliers and contractors
  • Order materials
  • Liaise with insurance companies
  • Maintain a well organised workspace.

IPC Construction is a building development company also dealing in insurance building works, we are a small busy office. We undertake numerous insurance works for large contracts. We have won a number of awards for Supplier of the year with various Contracts, in 2016,2017 and 2018.
