Community Sister/Charge Nurse/District Nurse - 37.5 hours per week

Are you currently an experienced Band 5 Nurse looking to develop your clinical and operational skills, and thinking about a Band 6 role within a Community Nursing team? Or are you an existing Band 6 Nurse looking for new challenges?

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Crawley Care Collaborative Primary Care Network. We are looking for an experienced registered nurse looking to join our multidisciplinary team working closely with our GP surgeries caring for patients within their own home.

Applicants will need to have advanced nursing skills and knowledge. A prior understanding of community nursing is essential, and a willingness to continue your professional development is key. You will be required to manage a designated caseload, support and direct junior team members in all aspects of care delivery, and take a lead role in the day to day management of the team, including teaching and educational activities.

You will need to be a car driver and have access to a vehicle for work.

If you are an enthusiastic, motivated and innovative experienced nurse who wants to be part of a dynamic team focused on giving high quality patient-centred care, then we would like to hear from you. Informal visits prior to interview are welcomed.
