Service Co-ordinator (Spare Parts)

The Service Co-Ordinator for Spare Parts will be responsible for looking after day-to-day administration for the Spare Parts Department.
Duties include but are not limited to –

  • Quotes
  • Invoicing (Spares and Service)
  • Processing Z-Orders (Spares)
  • Management of the dedicated Spares email
  • Organising works orders for FP France
  • Answering the phone
  • Management of spare parts on eagle and catalogue
  • Post duty as per rota
  • Call out duty as per rota

As part of the role, you will be trained to assist the Service Department with day-to-day administration and provide cover when other members of the department are on annual leave.
Ideally you will hold the below attributes –

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good phone manner
  • Ability to write professionally
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good personality and sense of humour
  • Able to prioritise
  • Take the initiative with day to day responsibilities and customer queries
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Previous technical and or engineering experience is preferred but not essential
