Electrician / Electrical Engineer

We are looking for an 18th Edition qualified Electrical Engineer who can demonstrate strong leadership abilities and organisational skills.  Must be passionate about engineering developments and able to efficiently troubleshoot systems.  The majority of our Contracts are currently on the Railway Network (stations and platforms) so PTS would be an advantage.  

Responsibilities

• Liaising and building relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure projects are completed to specifications within deadlines.
• Must be able to develop, review, recommend modifications and approve design plans and schedules.
• Maintain and improve existing electrical systems/processes.
• Perform Diagnostics and troubleshooting equipment.
• Assisting with training where required (supervising Improver / Labourer).
• Ensuring a safe, positive work environment

Qualifications / Competencies

• A relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive practical experience.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have full UK Driving Licence and be prepared to work on occasions at night, weekends, or stay away from home during the week.
