(40 hours per week, 40 weeks per year)

Reporting to the Chef Manager, the Head Chef will provide pupils, staff, visitors and hospitality events with an appropriate quality of food and service through the effective and efficient deployment of kitchen staff and resources.  The Head Chef will undertake a full supervisory role attending all relevant meetings as directed by the Chef Manager.

The successful candidate will have City and Guilds 706 – 1 & 2 (or equivalent) and ideally City  Guilds 706 – 3 and previous team management experience.
