We're looking for enthusiastic, innovative and motivated Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) Health Visitors to join our 0-5 Healthy Child Programme teams, based in Crawley and Mid Sussex. We have full and part time vacancies .
Our Healthy Child Programme teams offer a proactive approach to delivering the Healthy Child Programme, working in partnership with school nurses, early help staff at children and family centres and multi-agency teams to deliver the best outcomes for children.
Our service in West Sussex has achieved full Unicef UK Baby Friendly accreditation and we recently received the Unicef UK Baby Friendly Gold Award. Staff joining our team receive two days' infant feeding training, along with promotional guides training and speech and language training.
SCFT offers excellent support to staff with regular high quality supervision, wellbeing support and opportunities for personal and professional development.
