How could you make a difference as a Nurse with us?

Location: Working across 2 luxury care homes in Eastbourne & Hastings

Hours: 42 hours per week

Salary: £22.50 per hour

Contract: Permanent

What do you need to succeed?

To be considered for this role, you will hold current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification. Have a compassionate and caring attitude, you will have an adequate knowledge and experience and an understanding of the nursing role and professional boundaries. You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement, while maintaining high compliance standards.

In addition, you will need to have a valid driving licence to travel across the care homes and have a proven track record of leading and supporting teams, have excellent communication skills and be able to remain calm under pressure
