Registered Nurse

Currently have an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse working with Elderly Residents of a beautiful home-based in Bolney, Haywards Heath. As well as being surrounded by the picturesque countryside, you will be dazzled by the home's scenic gardens which bears a beautiful fruit orchard, raised planters and a pond!

As well as a generous starting salary of £19.29 hourly, you will also be offered ongoing professional support and development along with your induction training. You will have a 36-hour work week and this will be paid monthly. A vehicle would be beneficial for this role due to the home's remote location, however, no need to worry about finding somewhere to park as there is parking on site! As a Registered Nurse, you will utilise your skills to provide outstanding clinical care to the residents. You will use your natural interpersonal skills and time management to effectively supervise all nursing care being administered by Care Assistants as well as assisting the management team in ensuring the care provided is in line with resident's care plans. You will use your keen eye for detail to record patient information in line with NMC guidelines as well as being able to assess the care standards and initiate measures to improve, ensuring best practice.
