Purchase Ledger Clerk

 Horsham 

£25,000 per annum

 8.30am – 5.30pm 

Our client: a market leader within their field, are looking to add to their growing finance function an experienced Accounts Payable professional. Operating on a hybrid remote working model this role would be ideal for someone seeking flexibility in their career. 

Love Local Talent are seeking experienced Ledger clerk to take ownership of a varied workload: 

Supplier invoice reconciliation 

Analysing potential discrepancies  

Balance sheet reconciliations 

Bank reconciliation 

Supporting with month end, accruals and prepayments 

Maintaining supplier relationships and supporting with queries 

Processing, checking and logging PL invoices 

Production of payment runs 

Obtaining credit notes 

Requirements include: 

Proven background in purchase ledger / accounts payable environments 

Self-motivated and ability to hit deadlines 

Sage experience is an advantage but not a necessity!!
