Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

Just completed the post graduate certificate in adult low intensity therapy and looking to start your career as a newly qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP)? Then you could soon be fulfilling your ambitions with Time to Talk Health, where we'll support you every step of the way to develop your training and skills. Our clinical focus is always on improving mental health, while understanding how a long term condition (LTC) impacts on patients' lives and their recovery.

As a newly-qualified PWP you'll provide face-to-face, telephone and digital interventions, with flexibility for longer appointment times and protected time for clinical skills and CPD. Our PWPs complete six-month reviews after patients are discharged and facilitate psycho-educational courses so there's lots of opportunity to start your career with variety throughout the week. .

To fully support and prepare you in your new role you'll enjoy a comprehensive induction programme including LTC training, assessment supervision alongside weekly clinical supervision. Working in a friendly team of Snr PWPs, PWPs and CBT Therapists means you'll benefit from lots of experience where we look after the wellbeing of everyone. Based in Horsham or Worthing, with some local travel required, our flexible working includes a later evening once a week with opportunities to work from home.

We particularly welcome applications from disabled, LGBT+ and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates as we would like our TTTH team to reflect the diverse communities we serve. As a Trust, we recognise the positive value of diversity in providing high quality and culturally competent care; we are a Disability Confident Employer, and benefit from thriving and supportive BAME, Disability, LGBT+ and Religion and Belief Staff Networks.

We may be able to help you with a relocation package if you are considering moving to West Sussex.
