We are looking for a passionate Pizza Chef for our new pizza operation at Lewes Station.

Andronicas Coffee is an established business with a 40 year history. Our focus and passion has always been about giving our customers the finest finished product, made form the best ingredients.

The Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo or Pizzaiola),should be confident and outgoing; with experience of wood burning oven cooking, proving and stretching pre-prepared dough and enjoy engaging with the public, this is a customer-facing role. This is an opportunity for an experienced pizzaiolo/a to be in right from the beginning, allowing the successful candidate to stamp their own personality on a new operation and have an input in the development of the business. You must have proven experience to apply!

We’re looking for a Pizzaiolo / Pizzaiola:

·With experience and the ability to communicate.

·Can be flexible with their working hours, includes some weekend and evening shifts.

·Is a team player willing to roll up their sleeves and help with all areas of the business.

Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 40 hours a week
Salary: £30,000 gross per annum, plus 50p for each pizza made and sold.
Location: Lewes Station, East Sussex
Start Date: ASAP
