Manager Role

We are looking for a successful operator for a very popular venue in a prime location in Brighton. The business is a huge restaurant operation with a strong day time trade throughout the summer months May to October.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in the restaurant trade .This business is at the forefront of Brighton scene and to stay ahead of the curve and continue to excite the customer base, the right candidate for this role must be full of energy, passionate about sales and possessing the planning, organisational and implementation skills needed to maintain and build upon the great successes already experienced.

The ideal restaurant manager

• Hungry to progress and doesn’t accept decline
• Strong financials with full P&L accountability
• Lives and breathes customer service and premium cocktails 
• Manages atmosphere and profile of their venues to ensure customers keep coming back
• Up to date with music, innovations in the industry and social platforms 
• Operational experience of the higher end of the market; cocktails, premium products and table bookings & CRM
• A great communicator and someone who can drive dynamic teams from the kitchen, Bars and large restaurant
