Be At One Brighton

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator to manage our newly refurbished site in Lanes area in Brighton, only minutes away from the seafront.

Set over two floors and boasting Be At One's classically slick interiors, Be At One in Brighton promises lavish decor for one and all, from exposed brickwork and glistening tiles to specialised lighting, there's an air of urban with a dash of city chic.

The venue is split over 2 floors, where ground floor has a large bar and ample of bookable space, and the upstairs bar is available to private functions, gigs and cocktail masterclasses.

Cocktails are the name of the game at Be At One where the menu of 100+ cocktails is bustling with classics and Be At One originals such as an 'Irish Disco Biscuit' of Oreo cookies and Baileys.

Cocktails being a huge part of what we do, it is a fantastic opportunity to drive the day time offer with our infamous Happy and Appi hours on a busy daytime high street. Be At One is known for its fantastic weekend parties with its late licence and is the leading late night operator in Brighton.

The successful General Manager will have a charismatic and dynamic personality, someone who really understands what a premium quality offer looks like; passion for making memories through the team, and atmosphere is essential, outstanding operational and product standards, and a passion for fantastic guest experience. You will be able to drive sales through innovative marketing, maximising the growing pre-booked sales trend and developing reasons to visit by using social media to its’ full potential. It is essential that you are an inspirational leader with a true belief in recruiting great people, training and coaching them to develop an exceptional team that has a passion for working in a cocktail industry and delighting their guests.

Cocktail knowledge is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided

Knowledge of the local area and experience managing a late-night venue is a must

As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity.
