Role: Multi Trade Operative.
Parker Jones is Recruiting on behalf of a large property maintenance and construction company. Based and operating in the West Sussex and Surrey Areas. They have an excellent reputation within the industry and local Governments. Due to ongoing and new business they are looking to expand their team in multiple key areas.
The Role:
A wide variety of Multi Trade tasks including Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Painting/Decorating and Tiling.
Applicant:
A Suitable candidate would have the necessary qualifications (NVQ Level 2-3 in one specific core trade or equivalent.) Or trade based experience. The Ideal Candidate would also have 2-5 Years of experience working in social housing or Building maintenance.
The Candidate would also need relevant Experience working in Void properties.
The Salary:
C: £30,00-£31,000 + Package
Company van (From Day 1)
Fuel card (From Day 1)
