I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a vibrant team at a up and coming main contractor. They are a small main contractor who specialise in fast track Design and Build projects, average project size is around the £5million mark but do bigger schemes up to £15million. They are steel frame specialist and a majority of what they build is industrial warehouses. They are looking for someone ideally with a steady employment history with a top main contractor.

The Project Industrial - £7million Warehouse

Construction of a £7million 150,000 Sq Ft single storey warehouse/production unit together with two storey offices with a ground floor reception area including a disabled wc/ shower, staircase and lift and a ground floor secondary staircase area. External site works are to include hardstanding’s for service yard and HGV Parking, car parking, plot road, landscaping and drainage, the warehouse building consists of a structural steel multi span portal frame having a clear height to the underside of haunch of 12m and alternate valley columns, internal concrete floor slab. Internal lighting and heating to warehouse, 10 Dock leveller doors, 2 level access doors, Security gatehouse with raising barrier. Reporting into a Project Manager tasked with supervising and coordinating various site teams and ensuring that these teams are working within the site construction program through to completion. General duties include RAMS, QA, H&S etc..
