We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual to lead on the coordination of 14-16 provision within the Inclusion team.

This will include liaising with a broad sweep of outside agencies and college teams to ensure communication lines are strong, representing the college in a professional and effective manner as a first point of contact.
Another key aspect of this role relates to the frontline Safeguarding responsibility requiring a robust understanding of the statutory and moral duty to fully comply with the 14-16 protocols which underpin this role.
You will be experienced in providing support for engagement programme learners and have an awareness of transition issues which may arise in a college environment. The ability to be motivational and skilled in resolving and de-escalating issues will be a key part of this role.
