HR Advisor - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Additional market forces supplement of £5000 will be applied
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and professional HR Advisor to join our proficient and friendly HR Team. We need you to have excellent employee relations and organisational change experience, and to be a confident user of HR Systems.
This rewarding and varied opportunity spans the field of HR, giving you autonomy on a varied caseload to deliver on HR related project work to further develop your career. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and thrive on supporting the delivery of the College mission, vision and values.
This post will be based at our central Brighton campus with occasional travel to any of the five GBMet sites based in Brighton, Shoreham and Worthing.
Interviews will be held on 22 September 2021.
