Job Details
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team in Hove. During this post you will undertake a Business Level 3 Apprenticeship. Day to day invoice from our Sales Orders, Booking goods in and out from suppliers and to customers. These are included but not limited to.
Operations Assistant
• Day to day invoice from our Sales Orders
• Booking goods in and out from suppliers and to customers
• Supplier Correspondence
• Recording KPI’s on our system
• Inventory management and stock taking
• Requesting lead times and pricing from suppliers
• Customer delivery follow up calls
• CRM maintenance – adding new customers and updating customer correspondence
• Ordering office supplier
• Office and stock room maintenance
• Assisting the Operations Team to run a tight ship
• Recording upfront payment PI’s every week to the finance department
• Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
• Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market

About Brighton MET (formerly City College Brighton and Hove)
Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (MET) was created from the merger of City College Brighton and Northbrook College Sussex. It is the college for our City and our region and draws on 150 years of heritage, history and experience.
The MET offers a comprehensive range of qualifications for 16 year olds leaving school, full and part time courses for adults, apprenticeships, professional qualifications and university degrees.
