Salary: £23,487 to £26,341 per annum

Working in the busy and progressive Disability and Dyslexia Team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality information, advice and guidance services.  

You will be part of a team who are responsible for the administrative processes around setting up support for students with specific learning differences, physical and sensory impairments, mental health, and autistic spectrum conditions, as well as other disabilities and long-term medical conditions. This role will require you to undertake finance-based tasks that relate to support provided to students.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Processing pay claims and invoices in a timely manner

Keeping student records accurate and up to date

Ensuring that external funding bodies reimburse the University for support provided to students. 

Supporting other members of the Disability and Dyslexia Team so that students receive their non-medical help

Assisting the Team with administrative tasks such as bookings for events or training.

Being a point of contact for staff providing non-medical help to students

Maintaining records for external audits and prepare documentation as requested by auditors.

This is a full-time, fixed term post until 13/1/2023. We welcome applications from candidates seeking to job share.
