In this varied and interesting role you will be responsible for a full range of administrative and customer support across all areas of Registry Services to ensure the delivery of high-quality user-focussed services to our applicants and students.

The role will include:

Handling enquiries through to resolution

Supporting the offer making process

Student administration processes

Awards and graduation.

You will provide information and advice and liaise with internal departments and external agencies.

This is a flexible role that works across several different teams within the department depending on business need so we are seeking a confident communicator.

The University is currently confirming arrangements to return to offices, but it is expected that the role holder will be able to do a blend of home working and office-based working.

We have 2 full-time (37 hours a week), permanent posts available. Job-sharers are welcome to apply.
