Transport Administrator

Transport administrator urgently required to work for a company based in Brighton. This is a full time position with training provided by the client. Previous administrator experience is essential and applicants must be computer literate.

The purpose of the position is to provide administrative experience to the transport team and dealing with clients professional over the phone and face to face. Ability to take initiative and assertiveness is also important in order to undertake the role effectively. 

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with clients, contractors and colleagues regarding parking tickets
• Meeting and greeting visitors 
• Raising and issuing permits 
• Dealing with queries via phone calls, emails or face to face 
• Taking card payments and cash handling
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor when needed
• General administrative duties i.e filing

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 17.00pm

Pay: £10.00 per hour
