Job Details
SES has a fantastic opportunity for a Security Duty Manager to support delivery of services across a range of static and event clients.
In addition to covering security shifts, Duty Managers are responsible for acting as a primary point of information and support for staff and a secondary point of contact to clients and customers. Reporting to the Security Manager they will be part of a small, effective management team, ensuring our staff deliver excellent service.
About you
You’ll need to have held a SIA Door Supervisor licence for at least two years and have at least one year supervisory or team leader experience.
A car will be provided for your use so you will need a current driving license with no more than three points.
We expect you to have drive, integrity and a real passion for improvement. In return, we offer great training opportunities, free uniform, 23 days annual leave (increasing by 1 day after each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days) plus bank holiday allowance.
