Session Lead, Crawley

Mondays 4.5 hours (9.45 to 14.15)

Salary: To be agreed, subject to experience and qualifications           

Age UK West Sussex, Brighton and Hove enable older people to Love Later Life.  Our aims are to promote the well-being of all older people, make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience and enable people to flourish.  We deliver a range of services and activities to meet older people’s needs and have a vacancy for our Monday club in our Crawley building.

The main purpose of the role is deliver a fun and engaging session to a group of older people who we have been visiting us for a number of years.

You will be running the Monday session, with help from our fabulous volunteers, so you must be confident, energetic and able to lead.  You must be friendly, adaptable and professional and provide a session that brings joy, laughter and improved wellbeing for those attending.  It’s an incredibly rewarding role.

There is potential to work additional hours and we’re particularly looking for someone who can bring a skill or experitse which might be arts, crafts or light exercise.
