We are looking for someone to bring their organisational, communication and negotiating skills to our new vacancy as Property Manager; a person who will ensure the smooth running of the tenancies as well as maintaining properties to a high standard, offering great service to our Students and Landlords.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Property Manager
Responsible to: Lettings Manager
Salary: £22,196-£23,507 full time equivalent, per annum pro rata. It is normal to be appointed at the first point on this scale .
Hours of work: Full-time up to a maximum of 36.5 hours per week (part time hours considered for people with care commitments or as reasonable adjustment) but is likely to be flexible and may include occasional evenings and weekend work. The nature of the property manager's role requires a high degree of flexibility to working hours and application.
Contract: Fixed term for 12 months, with the possibility of extending.
Location: Falmer House, University of Sussex, BN1 9QF. However we are supportive of hybrid working.

We are located both on University Of Sussex Campus and so are extremely accessible to students.The role will involve working both in the office and out in the community caring for the properties and supporting our student tenants.
