We're recruiting for a Project Officer to join our small, dedicated, and friendly team. The post is funded for a year, and we hope to extend it subject to funding availability.
As part of the team you will be:
- involved in the development and delivery of a variety of projects focussed on health and social care.
- take a supporting role in our Hospital Discharge Wellbeing Service (HOPs).
- take a role in the recruiting, training and supporting of our volunteers.
- help the team to implement their work plan, including supporting meetings, webinars, CRM, website, press releases, social media, etc.
