Due to planned expansion of our hospitality offering, we are looking to add an experienced Head of Hospitality to play a lead part within the expansion project that Ridgeview have planned for this year. About the role

The role will be the key driver ensuring the strategic and operational success of Ridgeview’s new permanent hospitality offering. They will be manage the hospitality aspects of the  implementation project, ensuring the new offering opens on time and on budget. Ethics and sustainability targets are key to the success of the project as well as ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards so this role will have main part to play in all of these areas.

What you will need to be a successful applicant :

• Significant experience in a hospitality management role, ideally with experience of managing the opening of a new high end offering (120+ covers)
• Experience of recruiting, managing and nurturing large multi shift hospitality teams
• Evidence of experience in defining and maintaining highly compliant back office processes
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and rota systems
• Experience of successfully managing high levels of food safety compliance
• Strong understand of the wine industry sector, ideally with knowledge of English sparkling wines.

Additional requirements

• Due to the location of the business, the ability to drive is desirable
• A DBS check will be required for this role in line with our safeguarding procedures and the requirement to work with under 18’s.
• A 6 month probation period will apply to this role.

Hours

• 45 core hours per week with flexibility to cover peak periods
• Hours to be agreed according to business requirements
• Weekend working will be required
