Mind in Brighton and Hove (MiBH) empowers and supports people who have experience of mental health issues in Brighton and Hove, East and West Sussex. 

We are seeking a part-time (21 hours per week) Community Wellbeing Co-ordinator based in Hastings with some remote working. This role will involve delivery of two projects: Wellbeing in East Sussex and Breathing Space.

The Wellbeing in East Sussex project delivers community events and wellbeing activities across East Sussex including workshops and tasters on a range of wellbeing topics, providing tips on looking after your mental health and wellbeing.

Breathing Space provides mental wellbeing support to tenants of Orbit Housing across Sussex who are referred for support to enhance their mental wellbeing and build long term resilience. This support is provided over the telephone, online and also face to face.

The role will be varied and busy requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly. We are looking for someone who can communicate well and is able to both deliver groups and community activities that help people to look after their wellbeing, as well as provide bespoke support to individual clients.
