Property Maintenance Operative

The key tasks of the role will be:
- Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of premises, including buildings and grounds.
- Undertake inspections to ensure necessary safe operation and that the legislative requirements are met regarding powered equipment, machinery, chemicals, ladders, etc.
- To carry out general porterage duties and storing away of any furniture or other equipment that may be required for any functions.
- To carry out any cleaning duties that may be required both in school and in the school grounds and to carry out cleaning and janitorial tasks as required.
