Covid-19 full vaccination may be a condition of employment for this role, unless an exemption applies. The successful applicant may have contact with vulnerable service users and we will therefore seek proof of being fully vaccinated during the recruitment process.

  • This role will deliver Smoking cessation training, and develop robust competency frameworks which support health improvements in achieving a high level of smoking cessation outcomes
  • You will need to be passionate and confident with the communication skills to engage with patients, carers and staff across all levels of our organisation.
  • You will have excellent organisational skills, and experience of using technology is essential
  • You will be responsible for accurate recording of service user information electronically throughout each day, to ensure that record keeping meets the Trust standards

You will also need the ability to positively influence and promote healthy lifestyles
