Job Details

Variable hours between 4 and 8 per week, 36 weeks per year

Based at our Central campus, Brighton

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to deliver education and training to a range of professional CIPD and professional business adult students wishing to develop their knowledge, understanding and skills relating to the HR sector and Business Leadership and Management.

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Planning and delivering CIPD and ILM qualifications up to level 5
  • Marking and grading of student assessments and Internal Quality Assurance.
  • Motivating students to excel on their course

Ideal candidates will be

  • Experienced in delivering CIPD courses, In addition, experience of delivering ILM qualifications would be beneficial.
  • Hold a CIPD qualification and membership.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Have a teaching qualification or willing to work towards it

You must be enthusiastic and inspiring to learners as you will be required to provide a supportive and professional environment that will aid the development of individual and groups of students.

You will be well organised with excellent time management and administrative skills. You must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and show a flexible and professional attitude.
