HR Operations Administrator

Location: Crawley with Hybrid working

6 month Fixed Term Contract

About the team/rewards

You will be joining a team of friendly and hardworking individuals. The team divide their workload between them and support each other through constant communication and an agile way of working.

Our Opportunity

You will be working with key stakeholders to onboard candidates into the business; deal with employee job changes; mail merges; requests from HR directors and Heads of HR amongst other activities. 

You will also manage all aspects of customer contact and HR transactions through case management, telephone and face-to-face enquiries in accordance with operating protocols, KPIs and SLAs. Whilst working with key stakeholders continually to improve efficiency, simplicity and excellence in delivery.  You will also ensure that HR processes are managed appropriately and effectively to minimise business impact.

You will be working as part of an integrated and collaborative HR function that is focussed on driving business success.

About You

You will be Educated to A level standard or equivalent and have A*- C GCSEs in English and Mathematics.

You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes such as word and excel.

You will thrive in fast-paced environments and have good time management.
