Clearwater People Solutions are a successful recruitment agency, sourcing and placing candidates across the UK with organisations. We are looking to hire an Client Services Administrator to join the busy and expanding team.

This will be an office based role. We are happy to consider applicants looking to work both full time or part time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing candidates CVs to be submitted across to our clients and hiring managers
  • Uploading CVs to clients portals and tracking systems
  • Answering incoming calls to the desk and taking messages where necessary
  • Uploading roles to our Bullhorn database and making sure that all candidate and client information is up to date
  • Assisting with the onboarding of all contractors ensuring that they have the relevant paperwork and documentation in place to start onsite
  • Chasing contractor compliance and vetting
  • Managing permanent candidates post-offer and prior to start dates to ensure they have first-day details
  • Answering any incoming enquiries from contractors in regards to Umbrella companies or timesheets
  • Regular check-in calls to onsite contractors and candidates to ensure they have everything they need
  • Making consultants aware of new opportunities being advertised and competitor information
  • Creating client presentations for the Head of Client Services

Key skills and experience:

  • Excellent telephone manner and confident speaking to people over the phone
  • PC Literate and good MS Office skills including strong Excel experience
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent written communications
