We are seeking to recruit two Additional Support Lecturers at our Brighton and Worthing campuses. This post involves managing the learning processes from student enrolment to assessing the outcomes of learning and achievement and all associated administration.
To work collaboratively and innovatively with staff to design, develop, manage and review programmes within the area and cross college and to ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way in line with the concept of inclusive learning.
This role requires a high level of professional knowledge, experience and understanding of the subject areas, along with a relevant degree or professional qualification. Candidates will have relevant teaching experience and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
The working pattern for this role will be discussed at interview which will be held w/c 11/07/2022
