We’re looking for a customer-focused Sales & Hire Controller to join our branch.

You’ll be the first line of contact for customers over the counter and on the telephone, so customer service skills and an excellent phone manner are essential.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll provide support in all areas of internal sales, working with the internal sales teams completing hire transactions, stock takes and administration tasks. If required, you may also be asked to assist with covering deliveries and collections, test and run equipment and repair referrals.

Skills & Experience required:

• Excellent telephone manner & communication skills
• IT Skills - basic Word and Excel skills
• Knowledge of Hire industry would be an advantage
• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Enjoy a vibrant, fast paced environment
• Good team worker
• Ability to work under pressure
