Salary: NJC SCP 19-22 (£24,799 to £26,317 FTE)

Working Pattern: 8.00am – 4.00pm (Monday – Thursday) and 8.00-3.30pm Friday 37 hours per week, term time only

 

Portslade Aldridge Community Academy (PACA) is a successful, forward thinking Academy, which maintains high expectations of both staff and students.  We are a state funded Academy and we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

PACA is seeking to appoint a Pastoral and Behaviour Support Manager to work with a small group of students to support them to remove barriers to learning and meet their needs to success in school.  The post holder will report directly to the Assistant Principal for Behaviour and Safeguarding and will work along side year teams across the school. The role comes with the possibility of taking on a deputy designated safeguarding lead and/or first aider in the school.

 

The post will have the benefit of continuous professional development in a school that takes the well-being of its staff seriously.
