Forklift Truck Driver

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for counterbalance forklift operators for an exciting 2-4 week project with our client in West Chiltington

This project will commence on 26/09/2022

The duties of the role include the following:

• Unloading pallets with full crates on it, putting pallets on a scale, taking pallets off the scale to store in designated bays
• Taking correct colour marked pallets from the bays and loading them with the forklift into a machine (help machine operator by manually taking empty pallet off machine)
• Loading the pallets with empty crates on trailers
• In addition to these main jobs, fork lifters may be required to work general duties like sweeping/squeegee floors, help others with crate washers, clean drains, etc.

Requirements for this role:

• Full valid UK counterbalance license
• Ability to commute to West Chiltington
• Right to work in the UK

Shifts:

Our client have two available shifts for this role which are as follows:

09:00 - 19:30 (Monday to Friday) - Days

11:00 -21:30 (Monday - Friday) - Days
19:30 - 04:00 (Monday to Friday) - Nights

Pay: 

£11.00 per hour - Days
£12.00 per hour - Nights
