Job Details
As a first point of contact for many of our guests, you will set the tone for their experience at Ashdown Park Hotel, so a good telephone manner and communication skills are vitally important. Working as part of our friendly reception team, you will be professional and courteous, ensuring all calls are dealt with promptly, offering a seamless service.
The role includes supporting the Receptionists with their duties and as such some admin tasks are required as part of the role.
Telephonist Key Skills
- Previous experience within the hotel industry is desired, however, training will be given.
- Excellent telephone manner and a friendly and polite personality
- Good communicator with a clear voice and a fluent understanding of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
