About this role:
We are looking for local volunteers to provide administration support to a variety of teams at our busy Rochester base. The work will be varied and full training will be given in all roles.
What will I be doing?
• General administration duties
• Enveloping
• Data processing
• Calling lottery sign ups to check they were happy with the sign up process and their experience with KSS
• Mystery shopping our lottery canvassers
What skills do I need?
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good IT skills – only applicable for certain roles
• Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
• Reliable
• Good organisational skills
• Passionate about the work of KSS
• Effective teamwork and commitment to providing a quality service

When can I volunteer?
During office hours Monday – Friday.
Who will I report to?
You will be providing support and reporting to a variety of team leaders.
