Maintenance Assistant Overview:
We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Assistant to carry out a wide range of general maintenance, decorating, carpentry, service and repair work across all areas of the Hotel. The role is varied and, due to the size and nature of the hotel, will require someone with a good level of physical fitness. A good all-rounder with basic knowledge of plumbing and electrics would be a plus. The role will involve occasional Saturday working on a rotational basis.

Maintenance Assistant Key Attributes

• Experienced in a range of basic trade skills and general maintenance
• Able to multitask and work to agreed timescales
• Able to work as part of a small dedicated team.
• Naturally customer focused – working with both internal and external customers
• Hospitality experience would be ideal, but not essential

Due to our rural location, you will need your own transport
