Would you like to be involved in developing an exciting and innovative new service for Sussex Partnership Trust?

This is an exciting opportunity to apply to a project support and business manager post to support the implementation of a brand new accreditation framework and process across the Sussex Partnership Trust.

The Accreditation framework will focus on measuring team performance around participation and service user's and carers experience of our services.

IF you are successful to this role, you will be involved in a new way of working, designed to improve the experience of people using our services.

The overarching aims of this process include an increase in lived experience and peer roles in the workforce, a better equipped workforce and increased staff wellbeing and an improved experience for the people that use our services - including friends, family and carers.

Main duties of the job

This post holder will help to develop and implement this local accreditation process and to support the services to assess themselves against standards of involvement, participation and experience. You will support the identification of areas for improvement and enhancement and the areas of good practice, identifying opportunities for shared learning.

The Accreditation framework will be co-produced and you will be passionate about working collaboratively with internal managers and operational staff and people with lived experience in EBE (Expert by Experience) roles and services within the wider community

You will work alongside the Head of Accreditation in the development of the Trust Internal Accreditation Programme providing day to day guidance and project support in the development of the Accreditation framework and standards.

The post will require excellent project management and communication skills to ensure that we have robust processes to oversee and support teams in achieving accreditation and the associated gold standards of practice.

You will lead on processes which support services and teams to consider how to achieve accreditation and manage the development of a digital dashboard for accreditation

You will act as an ambassador for participation and involvement ensuring that co-production, diversity and inclusion principles underpin all work.
