As Business Development Manager your role will be to generate new employer relationships as well as nurture existing ones to grow the digital apprenticeship programme across all sectors and types of business.
Digital job roles in a digital transformation world are expanding exponentially and in this role the sky really is the limit with realistic targets and uncapped earnings!
Key features of the role include;
Building strong relationships with new and existing employers
Use a range of business development strategies to drive and develop new business
Generating new digital apprenticeship vacancies and upskilling opportunities for existing staff
Help maintain and build the reputation of Creative Process as the leader in this sector
Ideally you will have;
3+ years of closing experience in a sales environment
A proven track record in creating and driving new business and are always looking for ways to grow business with your clients through strategic approaches as well as hustle!
Ability to develop and deliver a thorough end-to-end sales process
High energy and driven to continually raise the bar in terms of performance and expectations
Be super networked
Have a passion for social impact and high quality skills and training experiences for young people
