Are you looking to kickstart your professional career in HR and the NHS? We have an excellent opportunity available to work in our fast paced recruitment department . Although some experience would be an advantage; more important are your excellent organisational and communication skills as well as attention to detail and customer focus.

As a key co-ordinator within our team you will be responsible for providing an excellent service to our Managers and applicants to the Trust. Our co-ordinators support the candidate journey from advert through to starting in post, liaising closely with ourrecruitingManagers and ensuring a positive experience and a smooth on-boarding process.

Main duties of the job

You will primarily be supporting with the co-ordination of the recruitment process from advertisement to appointment through the Trac recruitment system. You will be required to liaise and support both managers and staff of all levels across the organisation with regard to their recruitment activity.

Working in the HR Resourcing Department you will work as part of the administrative support team and be responsible for providing a professional, quality, efficient and customer-focused recruitment service from vacancy management to contract; administering the recruitment of staff in line with the Trust's Recruitment and Selection Policy and NHS Employment Check
Standards.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
  • NVQ Level III in a relevant subject or equivalent relevant experience (such as HR/Personnel, Training or Administrative and Clerical)

Knowledge/Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the principles of Equality, Diversity and Human Rights in employment
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Understanding of the principles of confidentiality at work
