A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personnel Manager to join the four red star Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club in the heart of Sussex. As part of the hotel’s senior management team, your role will involve leading and managing all aspects of people management at this award-winning hotel.

We are looking for a strong and innovative HR leader who has a track record of delivering success through proactive & inspirational people management with a strong focus on identifying talent and developing a positive culture. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business with a commitment to developing the team to deliver the very best possible guest experience will be essential in the role.
