Sales and Marketing Assistant

 

Palmer UK is a specialist plumber’s merchant in the heart of the Manor Royal and is currently looking for a telesales and marketing assistant to join our friendly team!

 

Key requirements:

  • Have a clear and polite telephone manner
  • Good organisational skills
  • Clear reporting and understanding of customer needs
  • Be happy to work independently or as a team
  • Basic IT skills

 

The daily routine involves:

  • Starting at 10am till 2pm, 2-3 days a week depending on demand.
  • Checking and updating the CRM system.
  • Calling new prospects and existing customers
  • Following up quotations and other enquiries
  • Answering phones in the busy times
