We provide a range of sustainable products for the horticultural and landscaping sectors. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic marketing assistant to join our team and help market our sustainable products range. 

Key tasks and responsibilities: 

- Implement the company's marketing plan

- Develop and implement marketing strategies, activities, and campaigns to market our products range within local and regional areas

- Develop online and offline campaigns to market specific products

- Assist in managing the company's social media channels and other relevant digital platforms

- Produce engaging and relevant marketing material, outputs, content (texts, images/graphics, short videos etc) for various channels, both online and offline creating knowledge and awareness about our products, their uses, benefits, as well as creating broader awareness about sustainable gardening

- Produce content that promotes audience interaction and increases audience presence on the sites

- Improve online content considering SEO and Google Analytics

- Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences, and competitors

- Produce digital marketing analytics reports, sharing insights with the team, and identifying and carrying out improvements as necessary

- Analyse and report on all marketing campaigns and suggest improvements

- Stay up-to-date on emerging marketing trends, tools, and platforms 

- Participate and represent the company in sales/marketing events, retail events, trade shows etc as well as assist in events, stalls, and trade shows

- Carry out other relevant tasks

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in marketing or studying subjects such as media and communications, marketing, advertising, or other related subjects, will be an advantage. You should have a keen interest in marketing products, including using digital media channels for marketing products. You should have some knowledge of different marketing tools, strategies, and best practices as well as knowledge of different social / digital media channels. 

You should be a team player, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision. You should also have strong interpersonal, time-management, and organisational skills. You should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also be able to think creatively and have a willingness to learn. You should be willing to travel for events. 

Must have the legal right to work in the UK. This is a part-time/casual position with the potential of it being a full-time position.
