Description

People's Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Customer Services Workplace Trainer (Support Hub).

This is a 9 month fixed term contract role.

Main Purpose:

• Create, prepare, co-ordinate and deliver operational training to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills required to carry out their roles effectively.
• To support the operational Managers and Team Leaders in identifying training needs
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation who also have training responsibilities to ensure a joined up and impactful learning service is offered to our people.
• Coach and support experienced Customer Service Executives in preparing and delivering training.
• Apply Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) culture and principles within area of responsibility.

Skills & Experience:

Essential


• Training Qualification e.g. CIPD level 3 or equivalent professional knowledge gained through significant experience working as a workplace learning & development professional.
• Extensive experience of using the full training cycle within a workplace setting, ideally within the Pensions or Financial Services sector
• Experience of planning and co-ordinating multiple training sessions
• Experience of developing and delivering learning interventions to operations or customer service staff within the Pensions or Financial Sector
• Experience of working closely with stakeholders to identify and define training needs
• Confident deliverer of training
• Financial services knowledge (ideally in pensions and auto enrolment)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent role-model with the confidence to provide feedback that challenges and supports
• Excellence in Customer Services
• Organisational and planning skills
• Strong ability to work with and across other business units
• Ability to meet deadlines within tight timelines
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook
• PC Literate

Desirable

• Relevant qualification (CF1 or FA2) to be passed in probation if not already obtained
• Pensions qualification (particularly PMI Certificate in Auto Enrolment)
• Knowledge of pension legislation
