Job summary

Brighton and Hove Intermediate Care Unit is a 15 bedded stand alone rehabilitation unit.

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Ward Administrator to join our team. You will be working alongside a part time ward administrator on the unit.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will support the clinical team, taking responsibility for maintaining the HealthRoster and SystmOne systems, ensuring supplies ordering is kept up to date, and answering the telephone. We are looking for a cheerful, supportive, empathetic individual who works well as part of a team.

The post is predominantly for Monday-Friday hours, but the post holder should be able to cover the occasional weekend shift.

Any prior experience of a similar role would be very much welcomed, but we will be very happy to receive applications from interested candidates who possess good communication and IT skills and are keen to learn.
