Job summary We are seeking to recruit a passionate, experienced, knowledgeable and dynamic Senior Practitioner Psychologist to join our well-established and innovative Multi-agency and Integrated Service between East Sussex Children Services and Sussex Partnership Foundation trust. As a Senior Practitioner Psychologist, you will complete psychological assessments and bespoke interventions to parents whose children are open to ESCC children services / child protection presenting with safeguarding concerns. Main duties of the job Our core business includes assessing parental mental health, including attention to risk management/ safeguarding concerns/ care proceedings and care planning. Working alongside colleagues as part of the established integrated multi-disciplinary service SWIFT Specialist Family Services you will be responsible for offering specialist clinical assessment and delivering specialist treatment interventions, including interventions for trauma to Adults with complex mental health difficulties/ neuro diversity/ learning needs. About us The service is led by the local authority with a multi-disciplinary management team and consists further of practitioners from a variety of backgrounds, including social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, mental health nurses and family workers, jointly commissioned with health and social care.
